310 Sequoyah Drive Blountville, TN 37617 BUYER BEWARE For Sale Foreclosure

Hello again.
Just using my fine family blog to document the realities of this property and also anyone that might stumble upon it doing research since I don't imagine we would be around to discuss the issues.
The 1st and main nightmare is the flooding of the 1st level of the home. It is a fully finished basement so it is truly the flooding of your home. There have been 10+ floods in our 9 years here. This past year was easily the worst. 3 floods in the spring & summer. 2 of the 3 saw 3+ inches of water covering the entire bottom story of the home. That ruined the wood flooring of the foyer...it must be replaced. Through the 1st 5 or so floods the finished drywall against the cinder blocks was destroyed to find the leaks and attempt to patch, paint with hydro-static paint etc....(to no avail btw), so you also have a 40 foot stretch of what was finished drywall that is now destroyed and needs to be redone...AND again the damn blocks still leak. It has been estimated by 3 different companies at a minimum of $15K to fix the flooding issue with a 15year (only) guarantee on the work.
ALSO, the roof has leaked consistently over the past 2 years...it has been patched and patched and patched and most recently in November patched yet again.....it must be replaced at roughly 7Kish.
3 Great Danes have lived in the house for 8years....all carpet is finished and needs replacing and the entire hallway upstairs to the bedrooms is unfinished now.
From a major leak of the upstairs toilet the downstairs bathroom has most of the ceiling ripped out because of massive mold and later verifying the leak was eventually fixed by installing a new toilet....i use the word install very very carefully.
The 40 foot brick retaining wall at the side of the house (driveway) maybe has 5yrs left at the very best.
The driveway hasn't been touched in our 9years and has mass damage from ridiculous neighbors weeping willow tree roots and a maple of our own.
The back deck is 20yrs old and was never finished properly and is ready to be taken out and the front deck was made with non-pressure treated wood and is rotten.
***NOTE*** I just noticed on the foreclosure website & double checked on the actual google earth site...and you can see the totally destroyed roof on this house from space...SAD but true. ***NOTE*** I also noticed at a couple of the ridiculous home selling sites....the supposed google earth image, I mention in the paragraph above, shows everything exact except it somehow mysteriously vanishes the 4ft tall 24 foot round above ground pool whomever buys this gem will have to pay to remove...that is amazing in my opinion (I expect the new owners/sellers to get rid of it beforehand but you have to admit this is interesting LOL) OK, happy bidding folks. LOL, this is my families mess and we have honestly just been trying to fix the contract part with the bank with no luck for 6 months...so I am not mincing words when it comes to what the realistic things are about it that are on our list if we could just get someone to actually help us on the damn loan modification and move forward now that our job status is back in respectful position.
Merry Christmas and God Bless.
I will be calling those fine folks at Chase Bank on Wednesday and try 1 last time...just maybe who knows.
