Well gay marriage should lead to that (more personal freedom vs. the normal..more government) but government is not into freedom in America these days. Oh and this just in. They are some creative bastards when it comes to CONTROL.

I am sorry it is not and has not been in far too long. This particular ruling changes 0 on the freedom scale especially long term.
