Just in case anybody out there doesn't grasp what this means some quick facts.

The entire reason Guitmo exists is for these type situations. Thanks to the most wonderful document on earth, our Constitution (this is the only thing I regret it does) once those pieces of trash dip a toe on american soil they will basically be here forever and get every single right that you or I would if we were pulled over tomorrow because our car matched the description of one that had been in a crime and they then arrested us and took us to jail. YES, they will get every single right you or I would get....plus that is another reason Military Courts and TRIBUNALS exist....for Obama to say this is the best chance at the most acceptable level of justice to these terrorists is to come to NYC on American soil is about as laughable as me saying Hitler was actually a pretty nice dude except for that whole Holocaust thing.
