I am not even remotely eggagarating this is one of the best damn things I have ever seen. You can hear the tremble in his voice ala Glenn Beck (i.e. part sadness part anger), when he simply remembers back to the hard times he was having to deal with his real and normal (WELL let me not get excited...as real as a government worker gets...even the good ones) employees because of the budget cuts......WATCH IT AND LET IT SINK IN and forward this to the world!!
