At present here in October of 2012, the biggest benefits of this common sense piece can currently only be fully enjoyed within a really large city!
I just wanted to clarify that because I am getting ready to forward this to some family and friends!!
With all that being said however, it is a reality check it appears for many based on some of the things I have read commenting on the article and the words of wisdom etc.
It gave me 0 information I did not already know but it is well written and I didn't need this article to know that common sense is still a definite minority in this country these days...so here we go!
